What we collect
Your email address. That's it.
When you join the waitlist we store your email, a confirmation token, and timestamps. We do not collect your name, IP address, browser fingerprint, or anything else. Our server logs mask email addresses.
What we do with it
- Send you one confirmation email when you sign up.
- Email you when we launch, and occasional product updates after that.
- Recognize your email at launch so you get the waitlist perk (first month free).
We never sell or rent your email. We never share it with advertisers.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all email immediately. If you also want your address deleted from our database entirely, email hello@hiremigrate.com and we will remove it.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no ads. Any analytics we run are cookie-free and cannot follow you across sites. Our signup form uses bot protection, and your email lives on the infrastructure that runs our signup service. It is never handed to advertisers or data brokers.
The terms, plainly
Signals, not guarantees. HireMigrate shows sponsorship signals built from public U.S. government filing data (Department of Labor and USCIS disclosures). A filing history shows an employer's intent and track record. It never guarantees that any employer will sponsor you or that any petition will be approved.
- HireMigrate is an independent research and job-search platform. It is not a law firm, does not give legal or immigration advice, and is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any university. For your own situation, talk to your DSO or a licensed immigration attorney.
- Pricing at launch: a free tier, and full access at $19 a month with the first month free for waitlist members. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You get a reminder email before your first charge, and cancellation takes two taps.
- We work hard to keep the data accurate and current, but public filings arrive on government timelines and can contain errors at the source. Use the signals as one input to your decisions, not the only one.
- We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
